Job Details
- Requirements Gathering: Work with business users to understand needs for transportation management.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure OTM modules (planning, execution, visibility, settlement) to fit business processes.
- Implementation & Integration: Set up OTM and integrate with ERP (like JD Edwards), WMS, etc., using XML/API.
- Development: Create technical specs, design documents, and potentially custom code (OTM extensions).
- Testing & Training: Develop test plans and train stakeholders on OTM functionalities.
- Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Technical Skills: OTM configuration, data modeling, XML, potentially OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Experience: Hands-on experience with OTM implementations, often requiring 4+ full cycle implementations.
- Soft Skills: Communication, analytical skills, teamwork, stakeholder management.
