Job Title: Lead Consultant - Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

• Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Business Analyst!
• In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business process workflow and business concepts, and understand data requirements. This includes the ability to gather, elicit, and lead the refinement for features/stories with an agile approach, work closely with team members on the design of the functional solution, ensure business requirements and outcomes are clearly understood by the scrum team and assist in identifying business rules, constraints, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Understand business process workflows and scenarios, their impacts, and effects on data Work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels support stakeholders based in Sydney, London, and Houston.
• Gather, Analyze, and document business requirements in Jira Conduct impact assessments, define and document business and functional requirements by interpreting regulatory rule changes, and drive continuous improvements to transaction reporting, associated controls, and exception management processes.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Business analysis experience, specifically in the financial transaction reporting space

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in business analysis, with a solid understanding of financial markets, OTC derivatives, and transaction reporting
• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• High energy and the ability to adapt, identify, drive, and implement change.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work well in a team
• Experience using Confluence, JIRA, and workflow tooling is desirable.
• Ability to convey complex concepts using everyday language.
