Job Responsibilities
Support a large-scale State of Good Repair (SOGR) Device Replacement/Upgrade Project, focusing on replacing and upgrading all iPhones and iPads that are over five years old or incompatible with upcoming iOS updates.
Coordinate with multiple departments to assess current device inventories and develop a comprehensive device replacement plan.
Ensure all new devices meet current IT and security compliance standards.
Oversee the logistics, scheduling, and execution of the device deployment plan.
Manage and control project personnel and resources to ensure successful implementation of system upgrades.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports.
Perform hardware and software evaluations, analyze system performance, and recommend appropriate strategies.
Adhere to established System Development Methodology (SDM) and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Utilize software engineering tools and techniques such as Microsoft Project or Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
Communicate project objectives, timelines, and updates effectively with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Job Requirements
4 6 years of experience in project management or assistant project management within technology refresh, hardware deployment, or enterprise-level IT initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing or supporting IT infrastructure or device replacement projects.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation processes.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for IT asset tracking, ticketing, and workflow management (4 6 years preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking project metrics.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement for large-scale projects.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate across departments, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
