UI Designer IV

Description: Our client is currently seeking a UI Designer IV

As a UX Designer on the team, you will be responsible for building end-to-end advertising experiences for Local Services providers. This is a fast-growth area that looks at the user journey across advertiser platforms, helping advertisers buy and manage their ads.

You are a craft designer with skills that span the spectrum of user experience and UI design. You enjoy working with Product, UXR, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities and visualize solutions.

You have strong experience working with B2B/Dev-side tools and working within a set design system.
Job Description:

• Design key user experience aspects of the mobile and desktop web experience for Local Ads buying experience.
• Create user flows, user interface mockups, and click-through prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create high-fidelity designs with a clear eye on details and alignment with design systems.
• Strong experience in Engineering handover, from accessibility to specifications that document the design for Engineers to implement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Exceptional design portfolio, with experience designing complex mobile applications and a focus on craft.
• BA/BS degree in Design or a related field (in lieu of degree, relevant work experience).
• ~5 years of work experience in UX or product design.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong craft and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Experience collaborating with user researchers, content strategists, product managers, and engineers.
• Expertise with design tools (e.g., Figma) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
