Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Jersey City, NJ(hybird)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will be responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and removing impediments to ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on Agile experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives

  • Coach team members on Agile & Scrum principles

  • Remove blockers and impediments impacting team progress

  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog

  • Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress

  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and management for transparent communication

  • Support multiple Agile teams if required

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum framework

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills

  • Experience in SDLC and Agile transformations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSM / SAFe Scrum Master / PSM certification

  • Experience working in enterprise-level environments

  • Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus
