CMMI Trainer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CMMI Trainer to provide individual (one-on-one) training to a candidate seeking in-depth knowledge of the CMMI framework. The trainer will be responsible for guiding the candidate through key CMMI concepts, process areas, and practical implementation techniques used in real-world scenarios.
Duration: 
2 - 4 Weeks
Responsibilities:
Conduct structured CMMI training sessions (Development or Services model).
Explain CMMI levels, process areas, and maturity model practices.
Provide hands-on examples and case studies for better understanding.
Assess the candidate s progress and tailor sessions based on learning needs.
Share practical insights on CMMI implementation and appraisal preparation.
Provide supporting materials, templates, and reference documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CMMI Trainer or Consultant.
In-depth understanding of CMMI models (DEV/SVC) and process improvement practices.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Experience in CMMI appraisals, gap analysis, or readiness assessments preferred.
Certification as a CMMI Associate / Lead Appraiser / Authorized Trainer is a plus.Preferred:
Prior experience conducting individual or corporate CMMI trainings.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and QA frameworks.
