Job Role: Microsoft Azure Active Directory Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ


Job Description:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory architecture and administration.
  • Proven experience with On Prem AD and Azure AD migration projects.
  • Experience on Merger and Acquisition projects. Migration work from AD to AD.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Azure AD, including identity management, conditional access, and synchronization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Architecting Active Directory Solutions: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Active Directory infrastructure for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Migration Projects: Lead and execute migration projects from on-prem AD to Azure AD, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams during project planning and implementation phases.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure Active Directory solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory environments.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Active Directory and associated technologies.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for architectures, processes, and migration plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver successful projects.
