Job Details

Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Service Desk Analyst L3 to join our team in St. Charles, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will provide advanced technical support to ensure seamless IT operations across various offices. This position requires a strong background in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to end-users.

Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely resolution of service desk tickets.
Deploy and manage desktops, laptops, VoIP systems, video conferencing tools, and other IT technologies.
Perform system updates, configurations, and maintenance tasks aligned with IT service management processes.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance service delivery and streamline operations.
Support engineering applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Participate in on-call rotations and regional travel up to 20% to provide onsite support.
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other IT platforms.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices in service management.
Assist with device imaging, deployment, and configuration management of IT assets.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in IT support, with strong expertise in Windows environments.
Certifications such as A+, Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Proficiency in troubleshooting engineering applications like AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
Solid understanding of technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Dell, and Apple devices.
Familiarity with Active Directory, ITSM platforms, and backup technologies.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel regionally up to 20% as required.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and configuration management practices.
