Location: Remote (PST preferred, open to US)
Summary:
- Industry: Experience at B2B SaaS collaboration companies (e.g., Microsoft, Notion, Asana) and will give preference to those who come with the Tech exp working with clients like Microsoft, Apple, Google, AWS, Notion, Asana etc.
- Team:Cloud Marketing Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for feature launches.
- Run campaigns, experiments, and in-product nudges to activate, retain, or re-engage users.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (targeted campaigns, email flows, enablement programs) to impact MAU.
- Attend customer calls, conduct message testing, gather competitive intelligence, and share insights.
- Tier and prioritize feature launches to maximize customer adoption.
- Track and analyze MAU, Marketing-Influenced MAU (MI-MAU), feature adoption, and user actions.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Performance Marketing, Data Science, CSM/Channel, and Community teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years overall; 3+ years in product marketing (ideally B2B SaaS or collaboration software).
- Title: Must have Product Marketing Manager title on resume.
- Top 3 tech skills: GTM planning; Someone who has done positioning and messaging work; someone who has launched a product into market
- Top 3 soft skills: Someone who has really good cross functional influence; someone who is really empathetic and curious (they need to get into the mind of the customer); someone who has experience translating a message for a variety of audiences.
Key Projects:
- Release marketing and campaigns.
- Driving adoption for first-to-market AI features.
About the Role:
- Mission: Drive Monthly Active Users (MAU) for Confluence get more people using the product, more often.
- Scope: Full-stack product marketing; focus on removing barriers to adoption, activation, and retention.
- Measurement: Outcome-oriented, measured by actual MAU lift.
About the Team:
- Confluence is Client s flagship workspace for knowledge and collaboration.
- The Product Marketing team is cross-functional, focused on driving product adoption and engagement.
- Partners closely with Product, Growth, Performance Marketing, Data Science, and Community teams.
Education:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in related field.
