About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Managed Services team offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of experiences building tools and infrastructure and content for log management and real-time streaming observability for our customers to empower DevOps, ITOps, Security and more.

The Falcon Complete LogScale Senior Architect's are a team of data architects focused on delivering operational solutions for overall log management, health, and observability of all Falcon Complete LogScale customers. Architects are also responsible for designing and building automation tools and infrastructure for streamlining internal development and deployment processes.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a group of key customers and will focus on delivering value to assigned customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high competency in technical skills aimed at delivering value for customers and providing a successful experience with Falcon Complete LogScale.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop well-crafted searches & reports to be used on large data sets
  • Provide valuable insights and stories using visualized data
  • Build Dashboards and integrations to enable customer teams
  • Create and assist in building custom parsers for customer datasets
  • Develop and maintain processes and documentation
  • Building tools and infrastructure around log management and real-time streaming observability
  • Build and maintain utilities and tools to enable the managed services team to operate quickly and at a large scale
  • Research and architect solutions to solve large scale operational log management challenges
  • Collaborate with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to provide the best outcome for our clients

What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience as a log management engineer, devops engineer, site reliability engineer, or similar role
  • Experience in crafting complex queries to extract value from large data sets
  • Experience working with Log Management or SIEM solutions (LogScale/Humio, Splunk, Elastic, SumoLogic, Devo, QRadar, LogRhythm, etc)
  • A proven track record working with large complex data sets and building dashboards on Splunk or equivalent systems.
  • Proven ability to code and script
  • Attention to detail
