Role: SAP S4HANA Analyst (SAP-BRIM Expert)
Location: Hybrid Remote & Onsite (Middletown, PA)
Duration: ~30+ months (UBOS project)
Note: Mostly remote. Onsite visits required during key phases (requirements gathering, solution confirmation, testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare). No travel expenses provided.
Role Overview
An experienced SAP S/4HANA Analyst with deep SAP-BRIM expertise is needed to lead and support the implementation of a Unified Back-Office System (UBOS). The consultant will drive the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through hypercare support, focusing on Order-to-Cash and Billing & Revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather/document requirements and develop Agile Product Backlogs (features, stories, RICEFs)
- Design and introduce new Order-to-Cash business processes
- Act as SME and liaison across business, IT, and vendors throughout development and testing
- Lead/support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare
- Create business process documents, user readiness materials, and deliver user training
- Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution (system/data issues)
- Support billing validation and data migration/conversion accuracy
- Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures
- Independently manage assigned tasks and collaborate with stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 suite and ADO Testing tools
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years SAP-BRIM / Billing implementation experience
5+ years SAP-BRIM systems expert (high-volume consumption-based billing)
5+ years End-to-end Order-to-Cash process design & implementation
5+ years Leading workshops + writing functional specs (SAP-BRIM / FICA)
5+ years SAP-BRIM configuration (Pricing, Rating, Billing, Invoicing CC, CM, CI)
5+ years SAP-FICA configuration (Dunning & Collections)
5+ years Automation Testing design/config for SAP-BRIM
Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ADO Testing
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices
Bachelor s degree (required)
