Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large sets of financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights
Support development and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Partner with FP&A and accounting teams to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, explaining complex data in simple terms
Monitor financial performance by tracking actuals vs. forecasts and identify areas of improvement
Support month-end and year-end close processes through data validation and reconciliation
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by working with IT teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements or automation
Maintain financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis as needed
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business intelligence is preferred
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Proficiency with data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP ) is beneficial
Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
