Senior SAP ONB 2.0 Functional Consultant
Remote (US Only)
Start: ASAP | End Date: 12/31/2026

Scope:
Provide senior-level functional support for SAP HXM Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) across multiple sustainment and enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ONB 2.0 configuration, workflows, panels, compliance forms, and EC integrations

  • Troubleshoot issues across onboarding processes and deliver timely resolutions

  • Participate in testing cycles, release updates, documentation, and change requests

  • Collaborate with EC/HXM teams and stakeholders to optimize onboarding processes

  • Advise on best practices and ensure compliance in secure project environments

Required Skills:

  • Deep hands-on expertise in SAP ONB 2.0 (must-have)

  • Experience in AMS/sustainment support models

  • Strong communication and senior-level client-facing skills

  • Mandatory: (no dual citizenship permitted)
