Description

Required Skills: o Soft skills: communication in English, MSFT Office knowledge, email etiquette Technical skills: Rack/Stack Troubleshooting and break-fix for switches, routers, and servers Decommissioning of cables and active gear Smart hands support Hardware Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring servers, network devices, and other equipment within the data center. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, network connectivity, and system performance. Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the data center. Hardware Upgrades: Assisting with hardware upgrades and replacements as needed. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all tasks, configurations, and changes made within the data center. Monitoring System Performance: Using monitoring tools to track system performance and identify potential issues. Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
