Title: IT Security Specialist V

Location: Regional Description (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$53.82-$76.89/Hrs

Description:
Act as a proactive and strategic partner in a network-centric IT environment.
Manage initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment.
Serve as an escalation point for unresolved problems and complex service requests.
Oversee the change process through the entire change management lifecycle.
Drive innovative business solutions using technical and business knowledge.
Work across structures to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage requests related to network services and configurations.
Design, review, schedule, implement, and close network service requests.
Conduct pre-validations, implementations, and post-checks for network changes.
Collaborate with business partners and customers for solution development.

Qualifications:
Expertise in network service requests and management.
Strong knowledge of network concepts and protocols.
Experience in network operations service delivery.
Proficient in using network management tools and technologies.
