Job Description
A ServiceNow ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) Consultant is a professional responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions to support IT service management processes. Here's a comprehensive job description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead TC who is an expert with ITSM Now Assist to support workshop sessions, demo solution, refine stories, configure solution and provide advisory support.
  • Implement and Configure ServiceNow ITSM: Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • ITSM Process Expertise: Provide expertise in ITSM processes, including ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and IT4IT.
  • Solution Design and Development: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Required Skills:
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Understanding of ITSM frameworks, including ITIL and IT4IT.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist, is required.
