We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Technician to join our client's team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will contribute to a fast-paced IT operations environment, providing front-line assistance to customers and working collaboratively with internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage 10-30+ customer inquiries daily, ensuring each request is prioritized and routed to the appropriate support channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve infrastructure-related issues, including access notifications and facility maintenance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance team operations and broaden your technical skill set.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and fellow team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Foster a positive team environment by contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24/7 IT operations environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical setting.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT environments, Help Desk or Customer Service.
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
- Previous experience in a 24/7 technical support setting is a plus.
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certifications are nice to have.
