We are seeking a highly skilled JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer with strong architectural design expertise and a passion for enhancing legacy systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, excels at debugging complex applications, and is adept at building clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze, debug, and refactor legacy or poorly structured codebases.

  • Design and implement scalable architecture using React and Node.js.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented TypeScript code.

  • Quickly assess and understand existing systems and dependencies.

  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and maintain code quality through automation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.


Required Skills



  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Deep knowledge of React and Node.js.

  • Proven experience in architectural design and system-level thinking.

  • Exceptional debugging and code comprehension skills.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus.

  • Media industry or LightningJS experience is not required.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $77-$87 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
