Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SAP Hunter Sales professional with a proven track record of generating new SAP business, opening new logos, and closing large, complex SAP deals. The ideal candidate must have clearly demonstrated SAP revenue generation in previous roles, with named accounts, deal sizes, and SAP solution areas explicitly highlighted in their resume.
This is a pure hunter role, focused on net-new business acquisition rather than account farming.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Generation
- Own end-to-end SAP sales cycle for net-new clients: lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Consistently generate new SAP business for the practice/company across defined territories or verticals
- Meet and exceed annual SAP revenue and booking targets
Logo Acquisition & Account Penetration
- Open new enterprise and mid-market logos for SAP services and solutions
- Clearly identify and penetrate CXO, CIO, CTO, and SAP decision-makers
- Build a strong pipeline of greenfield and competitive SAP opportunities
SAP Solution Selling
- Sell SAP services and solutions including (but not limited to):
- SAP S/4HANA (On-Prem & RISE)
- SAP ECC migrations and conversions
- SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM
- SAP AMS, Managed Services, and Support engagements
- Work closely with SAP pre-sales, delivery, and solution architects to craft winning proposals
Strategic Sales & Partnerships
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for target accounts
- Leverage SAP ecosystem relationships (SAP direct, hyperscalers, ISVs) to drive deals
- Represent the company in SAP events, roadshows, and partner forums
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- Proven SAP Hunter experience with clear evidence of new logo wins
- Strong background in selling SAP services/solutions (not just licenses)
- Demonstrated success in closing SAP deals with deal sizes ranging from mid to large enterprise
- Resume must clearly highlight:
- SAP accounts sold into
- Logos opened for current/previous companies
- Revenue generated and deal sizes (where possible)
- Excellent CXO-level communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
- Strong understanding of SAP delivery models and commercial constructs
- Existing network of SAP buyers and influencers
- Experience working with system integrators or SAP partners
