Project/Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Redmond, WA.

Role Specific Responsibilities:
* Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of manufacturing/production activities of Satellite AI&T
* Oversees all aspects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of final integration/acceptance testing
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
* Flexible to cover 8hr shift, covering factory operating hours 6am-2am/7 days a week
* As a Project/Program Manager, you will update Smartsheets, JIRA, and Confluence
* Escalate, prioritize, triage or problem solve failures
* Performs a variety of tasks
* Leads and directs the work of others
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
* Aero/Defense Manufacturing
* Testing Execution - Engineering and Acceptance Testing
* Quality Assurance
* Technical Background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
