Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide application support in a production environment.
- Manage incidents, changes, and problem management processes.
- Identify and address gaps in existing monitoring setups.
- Collaborate with application development partners to prioritize nonfunctional requirements in their sprint cycles.
- Create and maintain escalation matrices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders within the application support organization.
Qualifications:
- DevOps, SRE, or deployment automation skills.
- Strong knowledge of all Service Management disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Hands-on technical engineering skills with the ability to work on various technologies.
- Working knowledge of payment systems.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Systems Engineering.
- Background in technology or production engineering roles within financial services.
- Proven expertise in working with global automation functions.
- Experience with payment systems such as Fedwire, CHAPS, RTGS, or liquidity platforms.
- Strong grasp of ITIL practices and modern DevOps/SRE methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Data-driven, risk-aware mindset with proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Splunk, Control-M, etc.
