We're looking for a talented and passionate User Experience Designer who excels at creating elegant, user-centered designs that simplify complex interactions across mobile and desktop platforms. You should demonstrate the ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous feature design while maintaining a relentless focus on customer advocacy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define seamless customer experiences that align with our broader product ecosystem. You will transform complex user flows into simple, elegant solutions while considering technical feasibility and business requirements. We're seeking someone who can combine creative vision with practical execution, turning customer insights into designs that set new standards for user experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Help acquire customer insights by conducting usability studies

Understand and advocate for customer needs

Design user-centered experiences that simplify complex customer-facing and internal system workflows

Ensure cohesion across product ecosystem

Balance user needs with technical feasibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions

A Day in the Life:

You'll collaborate with research and product teams to understand customer needs, test designs, and use data to measure success. You'll work with designers across various] teams to ensure all features connect smoothly. In this fast-paced environment, you'll split your time between planning improvements for both customer-facing experiences and internal tools, conducting usability studies, and getting alignment from partner stakeholders. This includes sketching ideas, building prototypes, and refining final designs.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of UX design or interaction design experience

Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs

Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity

An online portfolio or samples of work on your resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices

Top 3 Must Haves:

UX Design

Prototyping and Usability Testing

Figma

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating journey maps

Experience designing customer-facing retail products

Experience designing complex technical solutions

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards

Experience designing in an agile development environment
