Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and other mainframe technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure data integrity across mainframe systems.
- Develop and maintain batch and online programs.
- Support production systems by identifying and resolving technical issues within SLA timelines.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, flowcharts, and deployment guides.
- Participate in Agile/Waterfall SDLC processes as required.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
