- 10+ Years experience
- Deep expertise in the Pega platform, including its frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development principles.
- Experience architecting complex solutions on the Pega platform.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega with other systems and technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices like CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- For some senior roles, a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
