Role: Oracle Net Suite (Functional consultant)
Location: Remote
Certified Netsuite financial consultant preferred

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Procurement & Purchase Order Management
- Fund Accounting & Grant Management (for nonprofit tracking)
- Fixed Assets Management For managing asset lifecycles, depreciation schedules, and tracking.
- Lease Management To manage lease agreements, payments, and compliance with ASC 842/IFRS 16 standards.
- Development (CRM & Campaign Management) To support donor management, fundraising campaigns, outreach, and analytics aligned with nonprofit goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) For advanced budgeting, scenario modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning that supports data-driven decision-making.
- Payroll Cost Allocation Integration NetSuite will be configured to receive data from ADP and allocate payroll expenses by department, grant, project, or location to ensure accurate reporting and fund tracking.
- Must have done Oracle Net Suite implementation and configuration
