- Develop and implement talent retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and tenure within the organization.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Implement rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee contributions and achievements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and balance of work-life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee needs and concerns, ensuring positive employee experience.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in talent management practices.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
