About Client:
Client provides a fully integrated digital marketing platform for the car wash and automotive service industries.
Role: Sr.Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Work with functional teams to gather & define business needs and translate to technical requirements
Develop understanding of business goals, KPIs, current state systems and relevant domain knowledge to make enhancement/optimization recommendations with quantifiable value
Assist in the review of process/customer service improvements, new releases, testing, and implementation of production enhancements, upgrades, and patches
Advise technical & functional partners when initiating projects and developing technical proposals, SOWs, resource plans, timelines, test scripts, UAT, and end user training, etc.
Drive testing and end user training, change management and post-production support for complex and/or critical (tier 2 and 3) tickets
Data stewardship, helping ensure data accuracy and consistency, supports Senior Business Analysts in data modeling and analysi
Provide support to project teams including, but not limited to researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Consult System Administrators and data teams where data is inaccurate or incomplete
Provide status updates to PMs and other stakeholders as appropriate

Maintain awareness of current trends within respective domain, with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, whilst applying key technologies
Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques
Through certification courses, classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase domain, application, and tools knowledge
Participate in user group meetings/conferences
Site Team/Learning Community Member
Serve as a coach/mentor for a small number of current students
Join and sometimes facilitate weekly group sessions with students
Participate in staff meetings and trainings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
5-8+ years in Business Analysis experience or IT with exposure to Salesforce ecosystem
3-5+ years of requirements gathering, system administration and customer service
1+ years project management experience
Previous experience actively participating in system-related projects
Strong understanding of Business Analyst processes and data, including compensation and performance planning, recruiting processes, and procedures
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork, solution-centric and customer-service-oriented attitude along with the ability to handle multi-faceted responsibilities simultaneously
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
A passion for system optimization, driving tech adoption and business outcomes
A desire to continuously increase your professional, technical, and business knowledge
Understanding of the Opportunity Divide and its drivers
Occasional travel required for periodic team meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.
Preferred
2-3+ years project management experience, agile and lean certifications a plus
Experience with Salesforce and related systems; Workday, Degreed, and ADP
Experience with PM and business tools such as Jira, ITSM and Visi
Knowledgeable of industry regulations
