Requirements

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application development project
• Partner closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design to remove blockers and ship software
• Maintain clarity on timelines, risks, scope, and release progress - always a step ahead
• Collaborate to track and clear inter-team dependencies with speed and diplomacy
• Drive sprint planning, retros, and backlog grooming with technical depth
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal leadership
• Provide clear, data-backed reports on delivery health, milestones, and risk posture
  

• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or program delivery
• Prior hands-on software development or engineering leadership experience
• Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Proven track record of working across cross-functional tech teams - Dev, QA, DevOps
• Expertise in managing sprints, epics, dependencies, and release planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and escalation management skills
  

• Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or life sciences (HIPAA/FDA)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support workflows
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, cloud dashboards, reporting tools
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or cloud platforms
