ETL Developer

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, ETL development, and experience with Informatica toolsets.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and data marts.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL processes.
• Perform ETL testing to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and performance of data transformations and loading processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug ETL processes to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, data dictionaries, and process flows.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data integration needs and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in ETL development and data integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL architecture, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience with ETL testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Informatica certification(s) is a plus.
