Job Details

Job Description:
• We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital SAP Senior Manager – SD to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD solutions across our manufacturing operations.
• This role will be responsible for aligning SAP capabilities with business goals in order management, pricing, shipping, and customer service, while collaborating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
SAP SD Leadership:

• Lead the SAP SD module strategy, configuration, and support across global manufacturing sites.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and CRM.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in order-to-cash (OTC) processes.

Project & Change Management:
• Manage SAP-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee change management, training, and adoption across business units.

Operational Excellence:
• Optimize sales order processing, pricing strategies, delivery scheduling, and billing processes.
• Support EDI integrations with customers and logistics partners.
• Ensure system reliability and performance for high-volume transaction environments.

Team & Vendor Management:
• Lead a team of SAP analysts and developers; manage external consultants and vendors.
• Provide mentorship and career development for team members.

Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure SAP SD processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulations.
• Maintain documentation and support internal/external audits.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP SD and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing sales processes, including make-to-order and make-to-stock models.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration across supply chain modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Experience with SAP Advanced ATP, Variant Configuration, and CRM integration.
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and tax determination in SAP.
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in multi-plant, multi-country SAP environments
