Job Title: Senior Specialist- Digital Transformation (DX) Automation
Location: Erlanger, Kentucky

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $92500 - $115625 annually
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: M-F 3 days onsite in Erlanger

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Senior Specialist, DX Automation, to be the driving force behind our digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative automation solutions and system integrations that dramatically improve the efficiency and productivity of our team members. Automation Strategy & Development
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), Copilot Studio, Fabric, Azure AI, and emerging Agentic AI features.
  • Design, develop, unit test, and implement scalable, end-to-end automation solutions for new and existing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements and processes into efficient technical automation solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize existing production automations by performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting to ensure maximum efficiency and realized benefits.
  • Maintain the Automation Roadmap, manage the solution backlog, and provide comprehensive management reporting (e.g., KPIs, status updates).
  • Continuously explore and report out on modern technologies, including next-generation Agentic AI functionalities, to ensure our processes remain best-in-class.

Governance & Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Establish and champion best practices, standards, and process guidance to ensure compliance and support the Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Identify and mitigate potential automation risks, developing clear testing and implementation standards based on lessons learned.
  • Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including functional requirements, project plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Drive continuous optimization by collaborating with business stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions that enhance performance and scalability.

Technical Consulting & Partnership
  • Conduct end-to-end process analysis to identify high-impact automation opportunities and recommend proactive process improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the current system architecture to identify and prioritize technical improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Partner with other global group companies (Japan, Europe, etc.) to share best practices, foster mutual growth, and ensure alignment.

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on, expert-level experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio).
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating with ERP systems and other applications using APIs and custom connectors.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization for business analytics (e.g., Power BI).
  • Expertise in development languages, including PowerFx, along with working knowledge of Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with the Azure AI platform.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals and/or Developer Certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS (12.2.10) system.

Other Requirements
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English is required; Japanese or Spanish is a plus.
