Job Title : Senior Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant (AP & iExpense)

Location: Remote (Milestone Travel to Dallas, Texas)

Duration: 12+ Months contract

15+ Years (with strong Oracle Financials Cloud experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and iExpense modules to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring AP and iExpense functionalities, integrating with various banking systems, and implementing corporate card statement integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Financials Cloud AP and iExpense module implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure rules and approvals in Oracle Financials to meet complex business requirements.
  • Design and implement out-of-the-box bank integrations for ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, and other payment flows.
  • Set up and support check printing processes and layouts.
  • Integrate and automate corporate card statements within the iExpense module.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Bank stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end integration.
  • Provide functional expertise, conduct CRPs, and support testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, and provide production support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of overall Oracle Financials experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in AP (Accounts Payable) and iExpense modules.
  • Proven experience with bank integrations (ACH, Wire, Positive Pay) and check printing setups.
  • Experience integrating corporate card statements in iExpenses.
  • Strong understanding of approval workflows, rules configuration, and Oracle Financials best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and external banking partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required for key project milestones.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of other Oracle Financial modules (AR, GL, Cash Management).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for bank integrations.

Travel Requirement:

Milestone-based travel to Dallas, Texas as per project needs.
