Application/Cloud Support Engineer

Basking Ridge, NJ

Long term contract

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in Mobile Device Application Sync vs. Backup processes
  • Experience in Mobile, Web based, and installed applications providing the same service
  • Customer Account Investigation and troubleshooting experience
  • Customer communication experience in a technical field
  • Experience in establishing an audit trail for event history

Additional Preferred Experience & Requirements:

  • Independent worker but willing to request timely assistance
  • Experience with Jira and Service Now ticketing systems
  • Consistent and frequent review and update of related documentation
  • Scripting (Regex) knowledge preferred
  • Experience with Splunk, ThoughtSpot, and Kibana also preferred
  • Quick learner of 3rd party and internal application products
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Able to follow established processes but also be able to adapt to edge cases/scenarios
  • Attention to detail when interacting with customers as it represents the team as a whole
