Application/Cloud Support Engineer
Basking Ridge, NJ
Long term contract
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Mobile Device Application Sync vs. Backup processes
- Experience in Mobile, Web based, and installed applications providing the same service
- Customer Account Investigation and troubleshooting experience
- Customer communication experience in a technical field
- Experience in establishing an audit trail for event history
Additional Preferred Experience & Requirements:
- Independent worker but willing to request timely assistance
- Experience with Jira and Service Now ticketing systems
- Consistent and frequent review and update of related documentation
- Scripting (Regex) knowledge preferred
- Experience with Splunk, ThoughtSpot, and Kibana also preferred
- Quick learner of 3rd party and internal application products
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Able to follow established processes but also be able to adapt to edge cases/scenarios
- Attention to detail when interacting with customers as it represents the team as a whole
