Job Description:
Motivators for this need
  • Will be performing with in Data Center Halls
  • Break-Fix data center technician job duties

Projects:
  • 90% break fix work - working on posts and unsellable projects

Team Culture:
  • Autonomously, but work together

Surrounding Team:
  • FT technicians help onboarded and get them acclimated to the work
  • Will be working very closely with other FT technicians

Typical Tasks:
  • 75% data halls working on computers
  • 25% at desk working or on break

Interaction with team:
  • Working closely with FT Technicians
  • With HM if they are OOO or can't go in office - acts as HR, not involved in showing them how to do the work

Work Environment:
  • Autonomous - working with peers in office but in data hall by yourself (colder temp wise)

  • Work closely with other teams in the building - can easily move between teams and data center
