We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager with deep CyberArk implementation and integration expertise to lead and deliver critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT program/project management experience, including 3 5+ years specifically managing CyberArk-related deployments or privileged access management programs within large-scale environments.

This role will serve as a key delivery leader, collaborating with security architects, infrastructure engineers, application owners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of PAM strategies that support enterprise security goals.

Key Responsibilities:

CyberArk Program Leadership

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of CyberArk Privileged Access Management projects including Core PAS, EPM (Endpoint Privilege Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), CPM (Central Policy Manager), and Conjur integrations.
  • Manage upgrades, policy configurations, vault integrations, onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts, and third-party access management.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to define project scope, roadmaps, and success criteria aligned to enterprise security policies and compliance frameworks.

Program & Project Management

  • Develop integrated project plans across multiple teams and systems-ensuring proper dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on project type and organizational structure.
  • Drive daily execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management throughout all phases of delivery.
  • Ensure documentation, artifacts, and reports meet internal governance and audit standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and CyberArk professional services, MSSPs, and third-party integrators.
  • Oversee vendor SLAs, deliverables, costs, and licensing alignment with project milestones.
  • Lead integration efforts with Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Security & Technical Oversight

  • Ensure project designs align with cybersecurity standards, audit requirements, and regulatory controls (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
  • Understand technical elements of CyberArk architecture, including infrastructure, vault design, and privileged access flows.
  • Support user training, UAT, and change management processes related to PAM and broader IAM functions.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Maintain budgets, forecasts, and reporting metrics for CyberArk and security-focused programs.
  • Track and report on key KPIs and performance indicators to executives and governance boards.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities through licensing review, automation, and vendor consolidation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex IT security programs.
  • 3 5+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk deployments and integrations (Core PAS, CPM, PSM, EPM, and/or Conjur).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale identity, security, and infrastructure transformation programs.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application ecosystems.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • CyberArk Certification (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian).
  • PMP or Prince2 certification.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SOC2, NIST 800-53, or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience leading programs in matrixed, multi-vendor, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve ambiguity, and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
