- Gather and document requirements for CRM-related functions, with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce, including system integration and data mapping activities.
- Possess or demonstrate domain knowledge in Private Equity, particularly in supporting investor relations, deal flow, or fund operations workflows.
- Write clear and concise business requirements or user stories to support system enhancements and new functionality.
- Collaborate closely with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize features and functionality, and effectively communicate those priorities to development teams.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for enhancement requests-evaluate feasibility within current system capabilities or translate needs into detailed requirements for new features.
- Coordinate with analysts and project managers/scrum masters across different teams to manage dependencies and align cross-system changes or integrations.
- Support efforts to simplify, streamline, and standardize business processes across teams and systems.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Agile methodologies, including ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives), conventions, and project management best practices.
