  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager - MarTech for a multiyear hybrid engagement in Las Vegas.

    OVERVIEW

    This role focuses on custom software development projects, collaborating closely with Marketing and IT teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and traditional PMO methodologies; and is familiar with MarTech platforms or marketing technology integrations.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of IT project management experience, specializing in custom software development.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and traditional PMO methodologies.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams in technical and business settings.
    • Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and project tracking tools.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) platforms.


    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Background in gaming, hospitality, or regulated industries.
    • Familiarity with CRM integrations, CDPs, and marketing automation.
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred.
    • Experience in hybrid project environments blending Agile with traditional structures.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Work with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules (Jira, Microsoft Project).
    • Manage dependencies, risks, and scope changes, ensuring compliance and documentation standards.
    • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, providing updates and aligning priorities.
    • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
