** Hybrid role requires 1-2 days in office**
We are seeking a highly organized, technically fluent Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Security Operations (SecOps) team. This role will be instrumental in driving execution of SecOps OKRs across detection engineering, incident response, asset management, and vulnerability reduction. The TPM will coordinate cross-functional efforts, bring clarity to priorities, track metrics, and ensure accountability and communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end OKR execution for SecOps - ensure progress is measurable, documented, and communicated.
Program-manage cross-functional initiatives across Detection Engineering, Incident Response, ASM, Vulnerability Management, and SaaS Security.
Coordinate dependencies with Product Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, IT, GRC, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., OKR progress, detection efficacy, IR metrics, asset coverage).
Track and manage execution for incident postmortems, red team remediation plans, detection tuning, and risk-based fix delivery.
Create scalable program frameworks for service health monitoring, secrets management, telemetry onboarding, and other recurring initiatives.
Own meeting cadences (weekly status, monthly reviews) and drive accountability across owners and timelines.
Assist in documentation and playbook development for operational processes, IR readiness, and tooling health checks.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally in Security or Infrastructure organizations.
Proven success driving programs across multiple technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with security domains: incident response, detection, vulnerability management, cloud security, EDR, DLP, and SecOps metrics.
Experience managing programs across cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and modern security stacks (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Tenable, etc.).
Ability to create and manage program dashboards using tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - capable of distilling technical updates into executive summaries.
Familiarity with OKR frameworks and agile methods for execution tracking.
Comfort with ambiguity and change - able to define structure where none exists and continuously improve.
