Job Title: Production Coordinator

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to support game development teams within the XDev Workforce organization. This role focuses on enabling Producers and development teams by streamlining workflows, improving communication, and reducing operational overhead. The Production Coordinator will play a key role in supporting external resourcing efforts, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support a team of Producers by facilitating planning, coordination, and execution of customized production programs.
Manage multiple communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.
Track workflows, identify risks, manage trade-offs, and proactively remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
Troubleshoot onboarding, access, and tooling issues for external workers in partnership with IT, Infosec, and game teams.
Assess current team processes and recommend improvements to tools, communication methods, and workflows.
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible internal documentation for Producers and Riot teams.
Facilitate team rituals, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking.
Design and organize meetings to support discovery, collaboration, and cross-discipline alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to motivate and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Assistant Producer, or Project Manager.
Experience working in gaming, software development, or related technical fields.
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to collaborate with leadership teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships and support team success.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Project management experience and familiarity with production workflows.
Hands-on experience with collaboration and project management tools such as AirTable, Miro, and Notion.
Understanding of game development and production lifecycles.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify objectives, and drive structured progress in dynamic environments.
