Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

As a UI/UX Designer II, you will collaborate with development teams to create intuitive, engaging interfaces for forensic and investigative applications. You'll bring designs from concept to implementation, balancing user needs with business requirements while contributing to our marketing efforts and leveraging industry knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web applications using industry standard tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms
- Implement accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and data services
- Create design assets that strengthen brand identity across digital channels
- Design marketing collateral including email templates, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and constraints
- Partner with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications
- Contribute to design systems and pattern libraries
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 5 years of experience of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design/development
- Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise applications
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Proficiency level with:
- Advanced UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency with design tools (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, e.g. Illustrator, InDesign)
- Design systems creation and management
- User testing and research techniques
- Information architecture
- Interaction design
- Visual design principles
- Accessibility standards and implementation
- Design thinking facilitation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
