Job Title: Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant
Job Location: Fort Mill - South Carolina - USA
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Job Description:
- Act as the primary OFS consultant on the project, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Configure and customize Oracle Field Service Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
- Support integrations between OFS and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, GIS, CRM).
- Provide on-site support during critical phases such as go-lives, UAT, and training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OFS-related issues, working with Oracle support as needed.
- Document solution designs, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Skills

- Experience in utility or infrastructure service domains.
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
