Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Hybrid - Tysons Corner, VA)

Overview:
Seeking a hands-on SFMC Email Developer to build, test, and deploy lifecycle and marketing campaigns. Must be strong in AMPScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and data integrations (Data Cloud, FSC, Snowflake). Hybrid onsite at PenFed HQ - Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize email, push, and SMS campaigns.
Build templates, dynamic content, segmentation, automations, and journeys.
Execute QA (functional, regression, performance).
Troubleshoot development and post-production issues.
Build data pipelines from SF Data Cloud, FSC, and Snowflake for marketing use cases.
Partner with analytics to track results and generate reports/dashboards.
Work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Experience:
5+ years in email development & marketing automation.
Strong in AMPScript, SQL, HTML/CSS.
Expertise with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
Experience with A/B testing, data segmentation, audience management.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, AEM).
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred:
Financial services/B2C experience.
Experience building Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
Familiarity with Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, FSC.

Certifications:
SFMC Email Specialist (required)
SFMC Developer or Consultant (required)
SFMC Administrator (preferred)
