About this role

As the company's next Engineering Hire, you ll play a pivotal role in scaling our platform and infrastructure. We re looking for someone with strong backend expertise and solid full-stack skills who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
• Write code to automate operational tasks, build internal tools and improve system resilience.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, latency, and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for reliability and observability.
• Manage incidents, post-mortems, and continuous improvements in production environments.

What We re Looking For

• 3-10 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Golang skills (must-have)
• Experience in backend-heavy roles (60-70%)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infra, and React
• Worked at high-growth startups or scaled systems at large tech companies
• CS degree from a top program (preferred)
• Passion for AI-driven technologies
• Founder mindset: ownership, adaptability, no-ego attitude
