Job Details

Technical Responsibilities

Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA SCM, including:

Materials Management (MM)

Logistics Execution (LE)

Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)

Integrations with Finance and Logistics

Analyze and resolve service incidents, identify root causes, and execute the incident management workflow.

Support scope management, including defect tracking, change requests, and functional enhancements.
Define and support test strategy for SCM modules (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).

Execute and support cutover activities for SCM-related deployments.

Validate configurations across MM, Logistics, WM, and cross-module integrations.

Assess incident impact across upstream and downstream applications, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
Collaborate with developers and business users to validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper end-to-end process execution.

Use SAP Support Portal for incident creation, tracking, and resolution.

Provide ongoing operational support for supply chain processes within SAP S/4HANA.
