Role Overview

The ERP Financials Workstream Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of financial management processes within the ERP platform, including accounting, budgeting, grants, assets, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financials design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards
Support data migration and financial integrations
Lead knowledge transfer and documentation efforts
Required Qualifications

7+ years of ERP financials implementation experience
Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations
Experience leading functional teams
Preferred Qualifications

Public sector or government accounting experience
