Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Must be based in NYC and able to meet as needed. Most likely won't be a weekly basis.

They're searching for a founding product designer with a standout portfolio to lead design across the product. This role is hands-on and high-impact - you'll shape the user experience, define visual direction, and work closely with the founding team to turn intricate workflows into clean, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with B2B SaaS tools
- Exceptional visual design and UX skills
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies and polished, high-quality UI work
- Skilled in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of an early-stage startup
- Based in NYC or able to meet in person as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across the web app
- Translate complex systems into simple, user-friendly interfaces
- Set UX strategy and define design systems from scratch
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to ship quickly and iterate
