Salesforce Administrator Sales Systems
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Overview:
Seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a growing sales organization. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to configure, enhance, and optimize Salesforce solutions, primarily Sales Cloud and CPQ, to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, approvals)
Support and enhance Sales Cloud and CPQ
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
Monitor system health, performance, and data quality
Manage releases, testing, UAT, and upgrades
Create reports, dashboards, and maintain documentation
Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce Admin or Systems Analyst experience
Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Lightning, Flows, and reporting
Experience with integrations, data migration, and data quality
Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certification
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA
Able to work onsite 4 days/week in Dallas
Preferred
Basic Apex, Visualforce, or LWC knowledge
Exposure to Marketing Cloud
Experience in multi-location or high-volume environments
