About the Company

Accredited Labs is rapidly emerging as the leading national provider of calibration services in the U.S., specializing in test and measurement equipment across various industries, including aerospace, automotive, agriculture, food and beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, and packaging. Having completed over 20 tuck-in acquisitions in the past year and with plans for numerous additional acquisitions over the next 1-3 years, we are highly acquisitive and focused on integrating these businesses seamlessly into our growing network.

Our mission is to build a national calibration services provider that leads the industry, not just in size but in the quality of integration and operational excellence. As we expand, we are investing heavily in technology and process design, ensuring that we operate as a cohesive and efficient network. This role is critical in helping us achieve that vision.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of IT to build and lead our Information Technology department from the ground up. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing the company s IT strategy, overseeing daily IT operations, managing external IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and designing robust cybersecurity frameworks and workflows to support business growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven IT leader who has successfully created IT departments from scratch, with hands-on experience in infrastructure, systems, security, and vendor management. They need to be both strategic and operational, able to scale technology in alignment with organizational goals and build core processes and workflows.

The Accredited Labs network is rapidly changing and requires an IT leader capable of adapting quickly to that change. Today our team operates nationally with over 30 physical locations with a heavy reliance on third party resources. This role reports to the Accredited Labs COO.
