Job Details

A leading financial institution is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the execution of risk management strategies and automation governance across infrastructure platforms. This role is critical in driving efficiency in risk remediation efforts, enabling engineers to focus on business-enabling capabilities such as AI and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support risk management disciplines across infrastructure domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and sustainable remediation practices
  • Monitor and report on risk-related deliverables, including pending system of record validations and early escalation of blockers
  • Oversee process integration performance, ensuring enterprise risk handling requirements are met and anomalies are remediated in a timely manner to Track and manage end-of-life remediation commitments, coordinating with product managers to review plans, identify delays, and provide updates to
  • Drive timely remediation of vulnerabilities within service level agreements or ensure robust exception request documentation and approvals
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to proactively resolve risk-related issues
  • Challenge existing remediation methods and contribute to streamlining risk-related processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve execution velocity
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings with engineers, product managers, and risk leads to escalate blockers, align priorities, and drive accountability

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on risk mitigation and remediation
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps principles
  • Proven ability to coordinate remediation efforts across complex technology environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Risk-oriented mindset with a passion for driving efficiency and sustainable compliance
  • Ability to challenge legacy processes and propose innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with automation governance and infrastructure tooling

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $59.86/hr.
