Hybrid NetSuite Administrator

Our client is a leading health/beauty product manufacturer that originated in the UK. Due to growth and the acquisition of a new ERP System (NetSuite) they are looking to add a lead NetSuite Administrator to the team to operate on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Design and implement NetSuite solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize NetSuite to align with business processes.
- Provide training and support to end users on the use of NetSuite.
- Work closely with developers to design and implement customizations and integrations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite.
- NetSuite Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
